Description
From the instructions of this 1958 game: Pel-Mel Steeplechase is the only game wherein the model horses, individually controlled and free from any attachments, other than the special bases, negotiate actual jumps or fences. This they do in a most realistic manner, depending upon the skill of the persons taking part in the race.
